Smartphone users still feel iPad's Applications Confusing

New Research from Nielsen Norman Group found evidence that the interface on the application iPad has confused users.

Despite new features like a button, the homepage, and search functionality, users still can notfind its way back toward the starting point when trying to open a feature .

Nielsen Norman Group has conducted a survey of 16 people IPAD users. They were presented with
26 applications and six sites, the results are not all controlled applications. They even most of the user accidentally touching the features, and can not be returned to the home page.

Another problem found in this case, users do not like to write on the touch screen. They buy iPad because of the many promotions in the mass media. The users also recognize the features that appear too close, small, so easily touched accidentally.
