Nokia sue $ 1, 55 million for company located in Shanghai
SHANGHAI - No kidding, Nokia sue company located in Shanghai was to stop producing and selling the products in question.
Nokia sent lawsuits against technology companies Huaqin Telecom Technology over patent infringement allegations camera lens.
In addition, the Finnish giant smartphone asked the Huaqin pay compensation worth 10 million yuan, or $ 1, 55 million. Shanghai Daily reported on Friday (05/08/2011).
To the local court, accusing Huaqin Nokia has been manufacturing and selling mobile phones by using their patented method to close the lens of the camera when the smartphone is not in use.
Nokia itself explains that the value of compensation was calculated by considering Huaqin status as one of the five largest mobile phone design company in China.
Responding to these demands, the Huaqin insisted that the patent in question does not belong to the Nokia alone but "the technology already exists". Huaqin also claims that the proposed compensation claims Nokia is very excessive.
