New iPad and iPhone 5's still unsafe

If Apple loses, ban on New iPad and iPhone 5 LTE-if true-would be using the threat was real.

However, the less likely it will happen. HTC expected to choose to negotiate with Apple related to New iPad and iPhone 5 to perpetuate his own case.

HTC is also facing demands from Apple for New iPad and iPhone 5, which accused him of imitating the designs of Apple's smartphones and tablets.

Apple certainly has won a patent dispute against Samsung, but it's still not the iPhone manufacturer "safe" in the United States.

The new threat comes from HTC which controls two patents about large data transfer over the network 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution). Taiwanese manufacturer alleges Apple has violated patents through New iPad products or better known as the iPad 3.

The problem for Apple, if later proven to have violated New iPad could be banned from sale in the land of Uncle Sam. iPhone 5 will reportedly include 4G LTE connectivity also faced similar threats.

Two HTC patent was obtained as part of a larger portfolio of patents from ADC Telecommunications, in April last year, with a value of 75 million U.S. dollars.

Apple is currently trying to prove that the two patents HTC is not valid, but it would be hard to do. "I have to be absolutely sure that a U.S. patent is not valid," said U.S. International Trade Commission Judge Thomas Pender, as quoted by Bloomberg.
