Ballmer said, Android smartphone's too complicated

SAN FRANCISCO - "You do not need to be a computer scientist to use Windows Phone. Unlike Android smartphone, which I think is too complicated," Ballmer said, as reported by the Telegraph, Thursday (10/20/2011).
