RIM said it was trying to restore the network

The state company that manufactures cellular phones RIM BlackBerry increasingly heavy in the middle of a very tight competition with other global cellular companies.

Of course this adds some network problems problems experienced by RIM, since the decreasing sales of the BlackBerry. BlackBerry users are now beginning to switch to using a smartphone based on Android or Apple iPhone.
