The touch screen on the Nokia Gem can be operated flexible around the phone body. Access an application, turn on the camera and so on can be done easily on the entire screen, not just limited to the front of the screen.
Nokia did want the user can interact with the entire body of unlimited Nokia Gem. This handset is also easily customizable.
For example, a photo can be zoomed in so that it meets all of the mobile phone instantly. For more details, can be seen through the demo video here.
"When you use an application such as a camera, the phone looks like a camera. The device is quite easy to be customized. Our concept was still raw and needs to be sharpened to be able to become real products," said Jarkko Saunamäki, Senior Design Manager Nokia.
