Apple's feud versus Samsung in Australia is the continuation of war in four continents of the two companies. This feud lasted since April 2011 when Apple claims the iPhone and iPad mimic Samsung products through S and Galaxy their Galaxy Tab 10.1.

While Katrina Howard, a lawyer for Samsung, said that one week will be a critical period. "In fact, the delay of one day alone makes a difference," he said.
However, the High Court judge had made the decision to postpone the sale of licenses Galaxy Tab 10.1 Australia. "The delay for one week Samsung will affect trade.
