CALIFORNIA - Quoted from Softpedia, Saturday (01/12/2012), HTC confirmed that the tech site Engadget. According to the statement, HTC will offer Windows Phone 8X as major smartphone company.
"8X Windows Phone from HTC is available in AT & T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless in the United States. Because we focus on the Windows Phone 8X, then Windows Phone 8S for is not currently planned to be distributed to the U.S. market, "said a statement from the HTC.
Even so, it does not mean that the smartphone would not be towed by a U.S. carrier. But with HTC's official statement, it seems that Windows Phone 8S opportunity to be present in the U.S. in the near future is slim.
Today, HTC will focus on presenting the Windows Phone (WP) 8X in the United States (U.S.). As for the cheaper version of the Windows Phone 8X 8S, the company had no plans to launch the smartphone in the U.S..
