TAIPEI - Not long ago Apple has won two of 10 charges related to HTC patent infringement. HTC itself has revealed that the two patents are not a significant problem for them and that they will find a way over it.
HTC will find a way of negotiation over patents against Apple
Taiwan's leading vendor HTC apparently mellowed lawsuits against Apple. HTC parties are now ready to negotiate to reach an agreement with the Cupertino tech giant origin.
Nevertheless the decision the International Trade Commission (ITC) that nonetheless resulted HTC shares slumped to 6.5 percent. Since July 6, HTC's stock was already faltering as investors worried about the demands of concerned Apple and big companies should pay compensation to the giants of technology from the United States.
Now, HTC is apparently hoping to remedy the situation by getting Apple to negotiate. "We should sit together and resolve this problem. HTC is open for discussion," said Chief Financial Officer Winston Yung was quoted as saying HTC Cellular News, on Wednesday (27/07/2011).
ITC wins patent lawsuit related to Apple's Apple on the system and method for carrying out the acts on the computer-generated data structure (number 5946647) and the patent system for real-time signal processing to continue being serialized data (number 6343263).
Yung explains that Apple and HTC have not made a formal discussion since knowing the ITC decision.
