CALIFORNIA - Industrial smart phones seems the faster they move, because the industry analyst firm, Juniper Research, predicts that starting in 2016, there will be a billion smart phones sold each year.
As quoted from Pocket-Lint, Monday (07/25/2011), in the year 2010 based on various sources, the number of phones sold is approximately 298 to 321 million phones, with total shipments of approximately 1.6 billion mobile phone units.
"For emerging markets, many consumers who want a smart phone, but with cheaper prices featurephone," said Daniel Ashdown Juniper's response thereto.
According to industry analyst firm from Hampshire UK, Juniper Research, the number of smart phones will continue to grow with a 'tease' the user featurephone (regular phone) through a cheaper version.
"Additionally, in emerging markets, low levels of consumption and a lack of support for the operator is able to lower the price of smart phones, which of course is important for the users," he added.
In addition, Apple recently replaced also new enhancements for revenue and profit, for the categories of revenue and profits in the smart phone market.
Android is now the leader of the smart phone market with the achievement rate of 33 percent.
