Finally Sony and Ericsson're divorced

Sony and Ericsson formed a partnership since 2001. Both companies had enjoyed commensurate gains on the sale of products and cyber shotsnya walkman phone. Later, product sales were declining and it is difficult to compete amid the incessant attacks of the tablet market and smartphones.

Japanese electronics company, Sony, decided not to extend its cooperation contract with Erricson in sales of Sony Ericsson branded mobile phones.

After working for nearly ten years, Sony decided to buy all shares Ericcson and will develop products to compete with Apple's smart phone and Samsung. Ericsson to sell a 50 percent stake to Sony with a value of U.S. $ 1.46 billion.

Sony Erricson are now going to become a trademark that is fully under the control of Sony. Sony plans to develop a brand-party mobile phone into a smart phone product that can compete with Apple and Samsung.

Currently Sony electronics products are separated by cell phone products. Product tablets and smart phones are now more in demand by the public. `I am sure with this takeover, the Sony is more able to develop and create new competition in the smart phone market and tablets, 'said analysts from the firm redeye, Greger Johansson.
