Perth: Applications are available for free at the Apple Store and since its launch at Web 2.0 event in San Francisco, the number of download has reached 8,000.

Forget paper or social networking site, now you can use a single application called Roamz in iPhone to get information about local events or fun places that are around you.

These applications retrieve information from social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and Instagram which is based on certain categories of users as you wish. Roamz works by giving users real-time, personally recommend places of interest nearby, such as restaurants and museums. This application will be tailored to the interests of users, selected from ten categories.

"Imagine I am walking in the street, then I want to go to a noodle shop in the area. How do I know if you do not follow my friend who has an account on Twitter or Foursquare," said Jonathan Barouch, as the pioneer of this application, on Wednesday (2 / 11).

"Our vision is to unite the millions of posts and can be used by users with easy," he added.

By using a fairly complex program, this application program can find out the ratings of users for the most popular places. This use of data already collected in recent time.

Any data received will be carefully selected so that all can be aligned with the information needs of users. Furthermore, application developers will continue to make this application more "smart".
