LG look so relying owned camera features you're the newest smart phone, the G2. To prove the capabilities of the camera, this Korean company to send the phone to the stratosphere to take pictures of the earth's surface.



In a video uploaded to YouTube, as quoted from Phone Arena, Wednesday (28/08/2013), the LG looks to send the phone to the layer using a hot-air balloon.

In this video, LG tells some of the challenges they face to the earth portrait project. They claim, it takes 45 days for the preparation and spent 58 hours on the shooting process.

The process is much disturbed by heavy rain conditions, the GPS signal reception is unstable, and the temperature of minus 50 degrees Celsius while the device is in the stratosphere.

LG team's hard work in making this project paid off with maximum results. This device looks still able to work, even in extreme environments.

These phones proved to be capable of taking good shots and sharp. When it is in the stratosphere, where the environment is more minimal visible light, the images of the product the product also looks good.

When flown in a balloon device, the device must be having a lot of shocks. However, because the camera is equipped with LG G2 technology Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), shocks are not too visible.

G2 is the latest Android smartphone from LG. It has a 5.2-inch landscape display with 424 pixel density per inch.

For business processor, it uses Qualcomm's top series processor, Snapdragon 800. Its clock speed is of 2.26 GHz and has 4 core (quad-core).

The device is equipped with two cameras, 13 megapixels on the back and a 2.1 megapixel camera on the front.
